Digitization in vocational training

As part of a PartnerAfrica project, the Educational Association of the Bavarian Economy gGmbH (bbw) and the National Service for Career Orientation (SNOP) as well as the National Centre for scolar and career Orientation (CNOSP) is working together with vocational schools and companies in Senegal to expand demand-oriented training for skilled workers. This will improve employment opportunities for young people and promote digitization in vocational training. The project specifically targets women and counteracts an emerging shortage of skilled workers in Senegal.
