TVET-Partnership in Serbia

The project aims to strengthen the competitiveness of Serbian companies by helping to recruit suitable skilled workers and retain them in local companies through the introduction or improvement of dual training structures. To this end, media-effective measures to improve the image of vocational education and training are being implemented, which will ensure an increase in the demand for dual training places by graduates. In addition, the preconditions for carrying out selected training courses in the metal and electrical sectors in the project regions according to the dual model are being created.
